Opening a class from Classes puts you in its workspace. Nine tabs, but you only need four of them regularly.
Four sit on the bar — Overview, Sessions, Resources, Students — and the rest are under More: Notices, Quizzes, Attendance, Packs, Settings.
Overview
A summary of the class: student count, upcoming sessions, recent activity. Where you land, and usually where you leave from.
Sessions
Individual class meetings — one row per lesson you actually teach, with its date, time, topic and meeting link.
Split into Upcoming, Past and Cancelled. A scheduled session whose date has passed moves to Past automatically, so Upcoming stays honest.
From here you mark a session completed, cancel it, duplicate it for next week, or attach the recording.
This is your weekly tab.
Resources
Two things live here.
Lessons are your chapters or units — Unit 1: Kinematics, Paper Class 3.
They're an ordering device: you create them, then file materials and quizzes
under them so students see the course in a sensible sequence rather than a pile.
Materials are the actual PDFs, links and videos.
There's one rule worth learning early: every material belongs to a month, and that month's fee is what unlocks it for a student. A student who paid for August sees August's materials. This is covered properly in the Part 4 article on lessons and materials.
Students
Everyone enrolled, with attendance percentage and payment status for the current month — Paid, Overdue or Never paid.
A summary line at the top tells you the thing you actually want to know: "8 of 12 paid for August 2026 · 4 students are overdue".
From each row you can message the student or send a payment reminder. The Enroll Student button adds someone directly, for students who pay you cash in the hall.
Notices
Short announcements every enrolled student sees — a postponement, an exam date, a room change. Title and body, and it's posted.
Use it for anything you'd otherwise send to a WhatsApp group and lose.
Quizzes
Multiple-choice quizzes with images, points per question, a pass score and an optional time limit. Assign them to a lesson so they sit with the right material.
The Free plan allows 3 quizzes per class.
Attendance
Attendance records and percentages, per session and per student.
You can't mark attendance here. It's marked in the Edugo teacher mobile app by scanning student QR codes; this tab is where the results appear. If you're looking for a "mark present" button on the website, that's why you can't find it.
Packs
Lesson Packs — bundles of recordings, materials and quizzes sold as a one-time purchase with their own price and access period.
The answer to "a new student wants last term's Trigonometry unit but isn't joining the monthly class".
Settings
Edit everything from the create form: name, fee, schedule, description, cover image, tags. Also where you switch the class off, and where you duplicate it for a new batch.
