It's easier to say out loud, easier to type, and far easier to paste into a WhatsApp bio than the long default profile URL.

Choosing a username
- Letters, numbers and hyphens
- Your own name is usually the best choice —

kandy-chemistry - Each username can only belong to one teacher, so common names go early
You can change it later, but the old link stops working the moment you do. Anything you already printed or posted will break, so it's worth settling on one you'll keep.
Where to use it
This is the single most useful thing on your profile page, because it turns every place you already talk to students into a way to enrol them.
- WhatsApp — put it in your About text, and send it when a parent asks "how do I join?"
- Facebook page — in the page's website field and in post captions
- Printed flyers and class notices — short enough to type from paper
- Your class WhatsApp group description — new students land there first
- Instagram or TikTok bio, if you post teaching clips
What people see when they open it
Your public profile: photo, cover image, name, Verified badge if you have one, and every active class you teach with fees and schedules. From there a student opens a class and enrols.
Anyone can open the link — no account needed to look. An account is only needed to enrol.
Keep it working
The link shows your active classes. A class you've switched off in settings won't appear, which is what you want between batches but confusing if you switched one off by mistake.
Before you send the link to a group of parents, open it yourself in a private browser window and check the classes you expect are all there.
