Right now: everything is free
Edugo is running a launch offer. Every Pro and Pro+ feature is available to every teacher at no cost, and the Free plan's limits aren't being enforced.
You'll see this noted on the Plans page. Nothing below is restricting you today — it's what applies when the offer ends, so you can plan.
The Free plan
Free is a real plan, not a trial. It runs a class properly:
- 3 active classes
- 50 students per class
- 10 materials per class
- 3 quizzes per class
- YouTube videos, PDFs and links
- Messaging, notices and quizzes
- Fee collection by receipt — you keep 100%
Note what isn't limited: students pay you directly and Edugo takes no percentage, on any plan, ever.
An inactive class doesn't count toward the 3-class limit, so you can archive finished batches to free slots.
Pro
Everything in Free, without the caps:
- Unlimited classes, students and materials
- Analytics dashboard with CSV export
- Question bank — reuse questions across quizzes
- Per-question quiz insights
- Recurring sessions
- Push notifications to students
Pro is about volume and time. If you're running one class of thirty, Free is genuinely enough. If you're running five batches and rebuilding quizzes every term, Pro pays for itself in evenings.
Pro+
Everything in Pro, plus:
- Protected video uploads — watermarked, piracy-resistant, 50 GB storage
- Featured in class and teacher search
- Built for established tuition brands
The deciding feature is protected video. If your recordings are a significant part of what students pay for, an unlisted YouTube link is one screenshot away from being public. If you don't sell recordings, Pro+ has less to offer you.
Choosing
| You | Plan |
|---|---|
| One or two classes, under 50 students each | Free |
| Several batches, or over 50 in a class | Pro |
| Selling recordings you'd lose money over | Pro+ |
| Just starting | Free — move when you hit a limit |
Don't upgrade in advance. The limits tell you when you've outgrown Free, and under the current offer you can try everything at no cost first.
The 14-day Pro+ trial
One free 14-day Pro+ trial per account, no card needed. Start it from the Plans page.
Worth timing deliberately — start it when you have recordings ready to upload, so you're actually testing protected video rather than watching the days pass.
What happens if a paid plan expires
Plans are one-time purchases that extend your access; they don't auto-renew. When one lapses you return to Free after a short grace period.
Nothing is deleted. If you're over the Free limits, existing content stays and stays accessible to students — you just can't add beyond the caps until you extend again.
